Car fire caught on film
Written by Jack on 11 August 2008In terms of being in the right place at the right time David Miller is your man. Then again, it is being close enough to capture the footage of a car on fire in the Chesil Street multi-storey car park in Winchester, so it is a little bit of a double-edged sword.
Nevertheless all involved survived unscathed and you can see David’s footage here. His notes on the clip state that the fire was discovered at 12:25 and by 12:44 fire crews had quelled the blaze.
